Summer Reading Program

The Justin Potter and Alexandria Libraries Summer Reading Program will begin on June 1st through June 28th.  Children set their own reading goal and will receive a participation certificate and other goodies at the Final Party on June 28th at the County Complex Theater. This year’s theme is “Build a Better World”.

 

Justin Potter Library’s Summer Reading Events: All events will be held at the library except the one on June 28th.

 

Thursday, June 1st at 2:00 pm - Edgar Evins State Park Rangers & Animal Friends

 

Thursday, June 8th at 2:30 pm - Runaway Puppet Theater.

 

Thursday, June 15th at 2:00 pm - “Build a Better World” crafts and activities.

 

Thursday, June 22nd at 2:00 pm - Healthy DeKalb crafts and activities.

 

Wednesday, June 28th at 2:00 pm - Final Party with Ron Anglin and his interactive comedy, juggling, music and bubbles!  Event at the DeKalb County Complex Theater.
