Shaunta Rose Koegler was crowned the 2017 Teen Miss Queen Saturday during the Spring Blossom pageansts sponsored by the Smithville Women's Club. She competed against three other contestants for the crown. Koegler is the 15 year-old daughter of Brian and Leticia Koegler of Smithville.Delete - Merge Upbodycopy First runner-up went to Monica Carlton.
