Hope everyone had a bountiful Thanksgiving Day and some good shopping during the weekend.

The High School Sisters met at the home of Faye Nixon in October. Present were Sherry Bush, Patsy Swindle, Anna Gilpin, Rosemary Jarvis and myself. There were four others who were unable to come.

Jud Murphy hosted a Thanksgiving dinner at his house. Present were Steven and William Story from Byrdstown, Melinda Cantrell, the Murphy grandchildren and Sherry Bush.

Reverend Earl Cantrell of Franklin visited his old high school friends here last week. He also attended his ’67 high school reunion.

Get well wishes to: Laird Barnard, Lois Farwell, Oleta Stanton, those at the Webb House and NHC, Dr. Donnie Cripps. Fay Fuqua welcomed her family to her home Thanksgiving Day. Those present were Kim and Bill Luton and Lela Ambrose, Greg Driver, Savannah, Benjamin, Stephanie McMinn and Kay, Bert Driver, Sadie and Milas, Becca Bennett, Ada and Zoe, Melba and Patty and Matthew Rogers and Mrs. Lucille Luton.
