Do you ever watch the clouds? They fascinate me. They look so heavy sometimes, but yet are so light and fluffy, even a jet airliner can fly straight through them. The Bible tells us in Revelation 1:7 that Jesus will appear someday with the clouds. Maybe that's why I keep looking at the clouds, waiting for that day to come.
The small clouds resemble cotton balls. I keep a keen eye on the larger clouds, visionalizing my deceased family and friends nesting on them.
Many of us enjoyed the Smithville Elementary Fun Run last Friday. It is good fitness to see the boys and girls running, whatever the purpose. Since one of the purposes is to energize the children, it seems purposeless to see the parents carrying the children. But it was good to see the parents and grandparents involved.
It was my civic duty to support the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast last Saturday morning. I admire the Lions Club members and wives assisting. We should support our civic clubs.
