DeKalb West School has named their students of the month for February. Teachers selected the following students for the honor: Asher Desimone, PreK; Gabriel Djangirov, Kindergarten, Abigail Burlingame, 1st grade, Jenna Burlingame, 2nd grade, Jace Peterson, 3rd grade, Miah Johnson, 4th grade, Izzy Hendrixson, 5th grade, Christian Hale, 6th grade, Blair Gipe, 7th grade, and Wesley Wright, 8th grade. Students are chosen for Student of the Month based on their academic record, character, and other traits that make them an outstanding student.
