Albert Cleon Kelly, 82, of Smithville, passed away Sept. 21 at his residence. The family has chosen direct cremation. Mr. Kelly was a retired salesman with Procter and Gamble, was a member of the Kentucky Colonels, served in the National Guard and was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church.He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Leland Kelly and a daughter Karen G. Kelly.
