Allen
David Allen, "Dave," would like to let his loved ones know that his work on this earth is done. He accepted a job offer he couldn’t refuse, one from which he will not be returning. This job has many benefits, including a reunion with family and friends he hasn’t seen in a while.
Dave will be required to score touchdowns and fish to his heart’s content. At this job, he won’t ever feel like he is at work. His mission will be to spend all his days in God’s kingdom living the "glory days."
He left his beloved wife of 29 years, Suzanne, with explicit instructions. Live life to the fullest, love and be loved.
Dave spent much of his earthly mission doing for others. He did a great job, and now it is time for a promotion. He will be remembered for his big, goofy grin and loving generous heart. The joy he spread through this world is unmatched. The love he had for life, family and friends, colleagues and clients had no bounds. He worked hard up until the very end. He made a difference in the lives of many.
Come join us and celebrate his life’s work together.
Dave’s spirit lives on through his family. His wife Sue, sister, Nanci, brothers, Chris, Tommy, Michael, Patrick, his brother Rob who predeceased him, and grandchildren, Dakota and Dillion will keep his memory alive.
Memorial services will be held at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont Fla. on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Dave’s name to Horses with a Mission to honor his memory.
