Funeral services, for Allie Mai Taylor Fuson, 101, of Smithville, were held June 19 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. James Gibbs, Bro. Terry Fessler, and Bro. Mike Carpenter officiated with burial following at Whorton Spring Cemetery.
Ms. Fuson passed away June 17 at her residence in Smithville. She was a homemaker and the oldest member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Fannie Hendrixson Taylor; husband, Roy Fuson; son, Willie Lee Fuson; grandson, David Lee Malone; brother, Othel Taylor; son-in-law, Odell Starnes.
Survivors include her five daughters, Bobbie and Robert Page of Mt. Juliet, Barbara and John Malone of Alexandria, Gladys and Elmus Cantrell, Athlene and Hobert Page of Smithville, and Violet Starnes of Silver Point; two sons, Roy Jr. and Geraldean Fuson and Eddie and Judy Fuson; daughter-in-law, Doris Fuson all of Smithville; 14 grandchildren, Larry and Annette Page and Ricky Page of Mt. Juliet, Carolyn Walker of Smyrna, Deborah and Phil McCoy of Alexandria, Phyllis and Larry Hallum, Suzanne and Bill Gash, Teresa Johnson, Tarron and Dale Johnson, Dwayne and Deanna Page, Stevie Page, Tammy and Scott Turner, Scotty and Aleshia Fuson, Zachary and Leigh Fuson all of Smithville, Donna and Jerry Evins of McMinnville, 22 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and nephew, Kenny Taylor of McMinnville.
Pallbearers included Phil McCoy, Zach Fuson, Scotty Fuson, Dwayne Page, Dale Johnson, Bill Gash, Josh Walker, and Brian Page.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
