Annie Puckett, age 87, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at her residence in Smithville.
Ms. Puckett was a member of Sink Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She was born March 11, 1936 to her parents, the late Lester and Lori Roller Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville "Spark" Puckett; daughter, Vella Ferrell.
She is survived by children, Troy M. (Glenda) Ferrell of McMinnville, Tommy (Lillian) Ferrell of Grundy County, Janie Green of Smithville, Linda Sue (Charles) White of McMinnville, Jimmy (Melissa Ann) Ferrell of Smithville, Patricia (Wayne) Wilder of Estill Springs, Jerry (Delcie) Ferrell of Warren County, Tammy Neal of Smithville, Sandra South of Smithville, Billy Joe (Diane) Ferrell of Rock Island; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Evelyn Crawford of Toledo, Ohio, Dean Pinegar of McMinnville, and Jane Pinegar of McMinnville.
Funeral service was held Friday, May 5, 2023 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Curtis Young officiating and burial followed in Webb Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Dustin Ferrell, Justin Ferrell, Ben Ferrell, Billy Joe Ferrell, Jerry Ferrell, and Troy Mitchell Ferrell.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
