Funeral services for Audrey Dell Harris, 85, of Smithville were held March 24 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bro. Mike Carpenter officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Harris passed away on the night of March 22 at NHC HealthCare Center in Smithville. She was a retired shirt factory worker and affiliated with the Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Christopher Columbus and Clara Colwell Young; husband Wesley Harris; a daughter Jo Anna Arnold; and two brothers Kelly and James Young.
Survivors include her two children Danny (Kathy) Young of Elizabethton and Janis Evans of Smithville; four grandchildren Rhonda (Tim) Young, Chad Young, Emily Young and Lindsay Young; and a sister Hazel Taylor Johnson of Smithville.
Pallbearers included Jimmy Evans, Chad Young, Tim Young, Mark Taylor, Daniel Taylor, Joe Young and Jackie Rigsby.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville,  was in charge of the arrangements.
