Betty S. Coons, age 80, passed away Monday afternoon, April 26, 2021 at the Uplands Village Wellness Center in Pleasant Hill, TN.

  Ms. Coons was a Freewill Baptist and worked over 30 years in the office at Frigidaire/ Electrolux.  

 She was born June17, 1940 to her parents, the late Will and Viola Wilburn Ledford.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. 

 She is survived by a sister, Annie (Dennis) Sharp of Silver Point; several nieces and nephews also survive.

 Graveside service and interment was held Friday, April 30, 2021 at DeKalb Cemetery with Bro. Wayne Redmon officiating.

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
