Bobbie Ruth Chapman, 78, of Alexandria passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage.  She was born December 30, 1936 to her parents, the late Jimmy and Lula Thomas Inglish.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, William Chapman; 1 son, Teddy Foutch.

Bobbie Ruth was a faithful member of Covenant Baptist Church, and retired Home Interior Dealer.

Survivors include 1 daughter, Faye Frazier of Liberty; 2 grandchildren, Barbara (Kevin) Jones of McMinnville and Michael (Nicola) Foutch of Liberty; 5 great-grandchildren, Adam J. Jones, Taylor Foutch, Jesse Foutch, Thomas Foutch and Matthew Foutch.

Funeral services were conducted December 2, 2015 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bros. Bobby Thomason and Michael Hale officiated with burial following in Salem Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Bobbie requested that donations be made to any veteran’s charity in honor of her late husband, William Chapman.

Pallbearers included; Jerry Lee Cantrell, Patrick Crook, Tony Nixon, Dustin Lee Reynolds, George Story, and Thurman Hudson.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville was in charge of the arrangements.
