Bryan Jay “B.J.” Davis, 31, of Carthage and a native of Smithville, passed away from this life to the next on March 25 after a brief illness in Smithville. He was a graduate of DeKalb County High School in 1999 and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University in 2004. B.J. was an educator at Smith County Middle School and the girls and boys basketball coach.
