 Funeral service for Buford E. Cantrell, 77, of Nashville, TN were held Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home.

Bro. Donald Owens officiated with burial following at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

He passed away March 1 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

He was retired from Right Mortgage Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mary Elizabeth Luna Cantrell; sister, Mary Frances Knowles; brothers, James C. Cantrell and Clarence Cantrell Jr.

He is survived by his wife Linda Cantrell of North Carolina; one son, David (Michelle) Cantrell of Hendersonville; one daughter, Diana Cantrell of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Dalton, Bailey, Kelton, and Miley Cantrell all of Hendersonville; one sister, Sue (Cecil) Hayes of Chattanooga.

Pallbearers included; Robert Ferguson, Jeffrey and Jerry Cantrell, Joe Ferguson, and Jason and Joshua Sells.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville were in charge of the arrangements.
