Carol Lee Allen Brown, 52, of Smithville passed away Saturday, March 31 at her residence. She was born August 4, 1965 to her parents, the late Earl and Sandra Lee Allen. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Lee Brown.
