Yount

Cathy May Yount, age 54 of Smithville, passed away Wednesday morning, March 7, 2018 at her residence.

She was born September 5, 1963 to her parents, the late Frank and Barbara Ann Wessel Haddock.

Cathy attended the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Lebanon as a child growing up, and she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Ricky Yount of Smithville; daughter, Brittany Haddock of Monterey; two sons, Jonathan Haddock of Watertown and Josh Lawson of Monterey; brother, Frank "Speedy" Haddock of Gordonsville; two sisters, Becky (Randy) Likens of Lebanon and Teresa Gail (David) Mofield of Alexandria; special friend, Sabrina Lattimore of Smithville and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Cathy's request was to be cremated and there was a memorial visitation held Friday, March 9, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
