Charlotte L. Mayo, 71, of Marysville, Ohio, a former Portsmouth, Ohio, resident, passed away Nov. 24 at Memorial Hospital in Marysville. She was born Sept. 14, 1941 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Charles Walter and Edna Louise Swords Price.Charlotte was a homemaker and a 1959 graduate of Portsmouth High School. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, George Justice Mayo, Sr., whom she married in Portsmouth Sept. 21, 1961.
