Funeral services for Ms. Charlotte Warner, 39, of Alexandria were held Jan.13 at Avant Funeral Home. Bro. Steve Puckett officiated, with burial following at Hillview Memorial Cemetery.She passed away Jan. 9 at University Medical Center in Lebanon.She was born November 17, 1974 in Cleveland, OH. the daughter of Robert West and the late Mable Jean West.Ms. Warner is survived by her father, Robert West of Alexandria; two children, Damon Lee West and Crista Deshealea Warner, both of Alexandria; two sisters, Rose Gibbs of Alexandria and Wanda Martin of Bartlesville, OK; two brothers, Albert West and Frank West, both of Alexandria; several nieces and nephews also survive.Avant Funeral Home, Alexandria, was in charge of arrangements.SMITHVILLE REVIEWSmithville, TNJanuary 15, 2014
