Funeral services for Christine Prichard of Smithville, 83, were held Nov. 4, at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Kenneth Clayborn and Bro. John Carpenter officiated with burial follow ing at Whorton Spring’s Cemetery.
Mrs. Prichard passed away Nov.1 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
She was the former owner of Prichard’s Florist and affiliated with Smithville First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Prichard was preceded in death by her parents, E.K. and Bonnie Elizabeth Tittsworth Puckett; husband, Robert Prichard; sister, Jo Bradford; two brothers, Wilburn Puckett and Ernest Puckett.
She is survived by three daughters, Sandra (Billy) Gillespie of Nashville, Karen (Ernie) Berglund of Eagleville, and Kristie (Alan) Ryan of Brentwood; one son, Randy Prichard of Smithville; four grandchildren, Emily and Gray Ramsey of Hixon, Kyle Berglund of Nashville, and Will Ryan and Anna Gray Ryan both of Brentwood, two great grandchildren, Grayson and Lydia Ramsey of Hixson; one sister, Alice Foster of Smithville; one brother-in-law, Ralph Bradford of Smithville; one sister-in-law, Margaret Cripps of Illinois; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Pallbearers included Ernie Berglund, Kyle Berglund, Will Ryan, Alan Ryan, Billy Gillespie, and Gray Ramsey.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of arrangements.
