Adams

Cindy Cantrell Adams age 56 of Smithville, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.  She was born May 27, 1960 to her parents, Olen Hurl and Waltyne Young Cantrell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Adams and 1 sister, Toni Cathey. 

Cindy was a member of the Allen's Chapel United Methodist Church and a watch maker. 

She is survived by her parents, Olen Hurl and Waltyne Cantrell of Sparta; 2 sisters, Tena (Tim) Ferguson of Collinwood, TN and Becky (Craig) Greenwood of Herriman, Utah; 1 brother, Andrew (Jamie) Cantrell of Sparta; brother-in-law, Greg Cathey of Morrison; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 29, 2016 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bro. Tim Ferguson officiated with burial following in Bonham Cemetery. 

Pallbearers: Tim Cantrell, Mark Cantrell, Steve Hutchison, Justin Cathey, Gary Young, Jerry Adams, Isaac Cantrell, and Shannon Luna.

Honorary Pallbearers: Mike Billings and Devin Malone.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, was in charge of the arrangements.
