Funeral services for Carolyn Parker Cook, 81, of Hermitage were held Jan. 5 at Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Rev. Kevin Medlin and Rev. Chase Baker officiated. Graveside serviced followed at Salem Cemetery in Liberty, Tennessee.
She passed away Jan 2.
Mrs. Cook was a member of the Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas Alfred and Willie Bryan Parker.
Mrs. Cook was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles Dee Cook; sister, Jessie Bilbrey; infant brother, T.A. Parker, Jr.
She is survived by son, Lynn (Debbie) Cook; daughters, Patti (Phil) Baker and Sandi(Ed) Carter; sister, Gerry Parker; grandchildren, Scott (Courtney Wray) Baker, Cory (Tara) Baker, Chase (Cortney Michell) Baker, Lyndsey (Eric) Kuhl, Clint (Gabby) Cook, McCall (Ryan) Lynch and Heather (Mike) Arbuckle; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Kaylene and Gavyn Baker, Caden, Cooper, and Chloe Kuhl and Bryson and Kylie Arbuckle; beloved brother-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews also survive.
Grandchildren and great-grandchildren served as pallbearers.
