David Harold Pack, 58, of Dowelltown passed away Tuesday, Aug. 13 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. He was a Baptist and owner of Joe’s Port-a-Potty.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Josie Pack and grandparents, Harvey and Josie Pack and Charlie and Martha Webb.
David is survived by his children, Jamie Ramos, Jennifer and David Nichols, and Joseph Pack; fiancée Keely McKay; a grandchild, Jaleana Ramos; three sisters, Deborah and Larry Hancock, Dianna Adams and Darlene and Frank Evans; brother, Daniel Pack; three nephews, Travis and Mary Hancock, Chris and Lydia Hancock and Cain Evans; two nieces, Bailey Pack and Sarah Evans; great nephews, James and Carter Hancock and Ethan Hancock; three great nieces, Katie Hancock, Josie Hancock, and Kelsey Logan; special friends, Jerry Wayne and Freda Johnson and many close friends and family also survive.
Funeral service was held Saturday, Aug. 17 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Mount Holly Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Kenny Cubbins, Melvin Knowles, Jerry Pollard, Eudean Pack, John Kilgore, Travis Hancock, Chris Hancock and Mike Foster. Donations may be made in David’s memory to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home to help with burial expenses.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
