Funeral services for Donnie Rich, 70, of Smithville, were held March 31 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Dwight Knowles officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.   
Mr. Rich passed away March 28 at St. Thomas Hospital. He was a salesman for Enco Materials and affiliated with Mt. Hope The Baptist Church. 
He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Leboun Rich; a brother, Thomas Rich; and a niece, Tammy Rich.
Survivors include his wife, Ella Milton Rich of Smithville; a son, Kevin (Nikole) Rich of Alabama; a daughter, Kortney (Eric) Blaylock of Sparta; four grandchildren, Landin and Dylin Rich, both of Alabama, Brooklynn and Brody Blaylock, both of Sparta; mother, Christine Rich of Woodbury; three brothers, Robert (Wanda) Rich of McMinnville, Jerry (Nell) Rich of Knoxville and Larry (Joan) Rich of Woodbury; an aunt, Irene Rich of Murfreesboro; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers, and sisters-in-law.
Pallbearers included Rusty Young, Keith Melton, TJ Rich, Justin Rich, Charlie Rich, Tommy Melton, Doyle Melton and Cris Roller.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
