Knight

Edward Knight, Jr., age 52, of Smithville passed away Friday morning, August 10, 2018 at his residence.  He was employed at Tenneco Automotive and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He was born September 27, 1965 to his parents, Tina Norris Knight and the late Edward Knight, Sr. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant son, James Dalton Knight. 

He is survived by two children, Mica Knight of McMinnville and Sabastian Knight of Smithville; mother, Tina Knight of Smithville; two sisters, Jennifer (Greg) Srabian of Boca Raton, FL and Angela (Timothy) Banks of Smithville; nieces and nephews, Jason Sturdivant, Anthony Hasemann, Autumn Banks, Richard, Mary and John Srabian and other extended family. 

Funeral service was conducted Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. 

Pallbearers included Anthony Hasemann, Jason Sturdivant, Timothy Banks, Greg Srabian, Roy Zellman, and Don Slicer.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
