Funeral services for Elizabeth Allen Parkerson , 79, of Alexandria were held Dec.13, at Avant Funeral Home. Elder Johnny Adcock and Bro. Royce Martin officiated with burial following at New Hope Cemetery.Mrs. Parkerson passed away Dec. 9 at DeKalb Community Hospital.She was a member of Malone’s Chapel baptist Church.She was born April 28, 1934 in DeKalb County to the late Charlie Allen and Omia Trusty.
