Ogg Esther Milagros (Munoz) Reader (Estep) Ogg passed Monday, August 13, 2018 after fighting a year and a half, stage four non-alcohol related liver cancer. Esther was born December 19, 1943 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to the late Leonidas Valentine Reader of Tyrone, Pennsylvania and her birth father, the late Reinaldo Munoz of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. She was also preceded in death by her husband Michael Ogg, SR of Greenwood Lake/Middletown, New York and more recently her father Fredrick E. Reader of Tyrone, Pennsylvania.
