Eula Bennett Cripps, age 99 of Lancaster, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 11, 2018. 

 Ms. Eula was a member of the Harvest Time Church, shirt factory worker and homemaker.  The love and passion was her family, she was affectionately known as "Granny", not only by her grandchildren, but by many who knew and loved her. 

 She was born February 15, 1919 to her parents, the late Jack and Lassie Fish Bennett.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Cripps; son, Kenneth Cripps; two daughters -in-law, two great-great-grandchildren; six sisters and four brothers. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Marie Cripps of Temperance Hall; one son, Jerry Cripps of Alexandria; three grandchildren, Kent (Darcie) Cripps, David ( Deborah) Cripps and Lisa Cripps all of Alexandria; six great-grandchildren, Daniel Cripps, Kevin (Liz) Cripps, Ashley (Caleb) Roth, Tyler (Jessica) Cripps, Amanda (Mark) McAfee and Nicholas (Christian) Underhill; seven great-great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Levi and Anna Cripps, Elizabeth, Ezra and Evelyn Roth and Josee Cripps; and one sister, Gladys Williams of Hickman. 

Funeral service was conducted Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Wendell Judkins, David Cripps and Kent Cripps officiating and burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. 

 Serving as pallbearers were Daniel Cripps, Mark McAfee, Kevin Cripps, Tyler Cripps, Caleb Roth, and Nicholas Underhill. Levi Cripps was an honorary pallbearer

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
