Funeral services for Eva Hendrixson Hill, 90, of Smithville, were held May 11 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Dwayne Cornelius and Bro. Richard Felts officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.   
Ms. Hill passed away May 8 at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a retired from Smithville Shirt Factory and of the Baptist faith. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Mai Hendrixson; son, Donald Hill; three brothers, Paul, Vernon and Roy Hendrixson; and step-mother, Clara Hendrixson Randals.
Survivors include her three children, Polly Hill, Faye Hill Hendrix and Wayne and Vivian Hill of Smithville; seven grandchildren, Debbie Hendrix, Dava and Russell Pedigo, Craig Hill, Terra and Tad Turner, Kyle Hill and Tiffany Hendrixson, all of Smithville, and Dustin and Tanetta Hendrix of Sparta; nine great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Brenda Hill (Danny) Stewart; sister-in-law, Grace Hendrixson of Dickson; two sisters, Joyce and Jerry Spurlock and Barbara Arnold, all of Smithville; and a step-sister, Ruth and Jack Chidester of Davidson County.
Pallbearers included Kenneth, Phillip, Terry and Barry Hendrixson, Mike Baines and Cleo McDonald.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
