Felicia Ann Moore, age 34, of Lebanon passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024 from injuries received in an automobile accident. 

She was born December 4, 1989 in Dearborn, Michigan to her parents, Kenneth Moore and the late Carolyn Johnson.  She was a welder. 

She is survived by her father, Kenneth Moore of Crossville; step-father, David Johnson of Monterey; sister, Amanda Eldridge of Cookeville; two brothers, Jason Moore of Liberty and Justin Moore of Sparta.  nieces and nephews, Nevaeh Moore, Phillip Martin, Jr., Maryalice Moore, Oliver Moore, Kenleigh Moore and Evelyn Moore. 

The family has chosen a direct cremation and a Memorial service was held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.

The family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
