Funeral services for Fowler Lee Ramsey, 78, of Smithville, were held Nov. 26 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Robert Presley and Bro. Thomas Hewell officiated with burial following in Boma Cemetery.   
Mr. Ramsey passed away Nov. 23 at Centennial Medical Center. He was a retired truck driver with TDOT and a deacon at Peoples Pentecostal Church. 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Bell Ramsey; parents, Bill and Viola Ramsey;  daughter, Kathy Bilbrey;  grandson, Barry Lee Stone Ramsey;  sister, Hazel Alexander; and a brother, Willie Ramsey.
Survivors include his daughter, Janie and Ricky Fults, of Liberty; son, Stoney Ramsey, of Smithville; five grandchildren, Virginia and Robert Oaks, of McMinnville, Brandon Maynard, of Nashville, Michaela Bilbrey, of Smithville, Wesley Fults, of Liberty, and Crystal Madewell, of Baxter; six great-grandchildren; special companion, Frankie Carroll, of Smithville; two sisters, Jessie and Doyle Christian, of Woodbury and Jeanie and Curtis George, of Woodbury; three brothers, Ray Ramsey, of Sparta, Jimmy and Judy Ramsey, of Liberty and Charlie Ramsey, of Nashville; and several nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers were Charlie Bain, Steve Carroll, Stoney Ramsey, Brandon Maynard, Cody Murphy, Terry Maynard, Darrell Ramsey and Jeff Fults.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
