Funeral services for Fowler “Stoney” Ramsey, 45, of Smithville, were held May 4 at the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Al Mahan officiated with burial following in Boma Cemetery.   
Mr. Ramsey passed away May 1 at his residence. He worked in the past as a welder at Tenneco Automotive.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fowler and Anna Bell Ramsey; a son, Barry Lee Stone Ramsey; and a sister, Kathy Marie Bilbrey.
Survivors include his daughter, Crystal Lynn Madewell; a grandchild, Larissa Page, both of Baxter; a sister, Ricky and Janie Fults of Liberty; faithful companion, Samanda Armour of Smithville; two nieces, Virginia and Robert Oaks of Centertown and Michaela Murphy and Cody Bilbrey of Smithville; two nephews, Brandon Maynard and Jessica Brown of Brush Creek and Wesley Fults and Shannon Stembridge of Liberty; close friend, Terry Maynard of Nashville; four great-nephews; two great-nieces; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers included Brandon, Terry and Jimmy Maynard, Wesley Fults and Cody and Alex Murphy.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
