Frances Conger Marshall, age 92, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2016 at Baptist Health Care Center.

 

Frances was born is Smithville to the late Ozias and Ruth Conger.

 

She was a member of Arlington Church of Christ for over 50 years and retired from K.U.B. billing department, and also worked at Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Marshall; brother, John B. Conger, and William O. “Corky” Conger.

 

She is survived by step-son, Jack Marshall; niece, Gail Brown and husband Roger, and Kayla Boys and husband Darren; nephew, Bill Conger and wife Alyssa; great-nephews, Roger Brown, Jr., Chris Brown, Gray Boys, and Gavin Conger; and great-niece, Autumn Conger.

 

Family and friends meet at 1:45 pm Friday, April 1, 2016 at the main entrance to Lynnhurst Cemetery for graveside services at 2:00 pm. Minister Mark Brackney officiated.

 

 

 

Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel, were in charge of the arrangements.
