Funeral services for Frank R. Morrison, 83, of Woodbury were held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Rev. Freddy Curtis and Rev. Charles Stanton officiated with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

He passed away at Woodbury Health Center on Monday, March 28.

He was affiliated with Short Mountain Church of God, worked over 40 years with General Motors.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Daniel Morrison of Woodbury; son, Mark and wife Denise Morrison of Ohio; daughter, Jill Morrison of Ohio; daughter-in-law, Diana Morrison of FL.; step-children, Larry Daniel and Denise and husband, Charles Stanton both of McMinnville; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; sister, Maggie and husband, Frank Bryant of Woodbury; Brother, Charlie and wife, Ninivive Morrison of Whitwell; several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by parents, Barney and Fannie Hatcher Morrison; first wife, Lois Morrison; son, Steve Morrison; two sisters, Elinora Morrison and Ola Christian; brother, John Morrison.

Pallbearers included; Gerald Morrison, Matthew Morrison, Michael Morrison, Jonathon Morrison, John Nunley, and Chad Nunley.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville were in charge of the arrangements.
