Funeral services for Freddy Wayne Maxwell, 60, of Cookeville, were held Jan. 17 at the chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Burial services followed in Maynard Cemetery at Cherry Hill.Mr. Maxwell passed away Jan. 14 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was a farmer and logger.He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Pood) and Katie Gabrell Maxwell; and brother, Billy Charles MaxwellSurvivors include son, Greg (Rachael) Maxwell of Cookeville; daughters, Natasha (Shayne) Judkins of Smithville and Marti Maxwell of Cookeville; mother of his children, Patricia Maxwell of Cookeville; brothers, Jimmy (Wanda) Maxwell of Silver Point and Mike (Kim) Maxwell of Baxter; sister, Linda (Ronnie) Anderson of Cookeville; grandchildren, Allyson Judkins, Will Judkins, Katelyn Maxwell and Brookelyn Maxwell; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins survive.Pallbearers included Jimmy John, Justin and Jeff Maxwell, Todd Latta, Jay Hancock, Brent Anderson and Phillip Tharp.Whitson Funeral Home, Cookeville, was in charge of the arrangements.SMITHVILLE REVIEWSmithville, TNJanuary 18, 2012
