Funeral services for Ms. Yvonne Green, 79, of Smithville were held Jan. 23 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.

Bro. Donnie Kelley and Bro. Bill Robertson officiated, with burial following in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

She was born February 23, 1935 to the late Logan Green and Ollie Pinegar Green.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Wright, and nephew, Eddie Wright.

She is survived by sisters, JoAnn (Bill) Sparkman, and Shirley (Tavous) Martin; five nieces, Katherine Pack, Pam (Steve) Turner, Penny Chapman, Susan (Chuck) Gulick, and Tamyra (Johnny) Taylor; nephew, Dennis (Marilyn) Braun; great-nieces, Tish Summers, Kate Pack, Crystal Young, Jennifer Sykes, Jessica Martin, Kelsey Spare, Sidney Alambatin, Shanna Key, Latroya Key, Tracey and Jessie Braun; great nephews, Todd Pack, and Josh Turner; 11 great-great nieces and nine great-great nephews.

Dearly loved by family and friends, especially by Brayden and little Bratten.

Pallbearers included; Chuck Gulick, Kevin Alambatin, Will Key, Johnny Taylor, Steve Turner, Chris Summers, Dennis Braun and Bratten Cook.

Honorary Pallbearers included; Brayden Summers, and little Bratten.

Donations may be made to Lighthouse Christian Camp.
