Hazel Adaleen Frazier, 87, of Sparta, passed away Dec. 21 at the NHC Healthcare Center of Sparta.She was born Dec. 3, 1925 in White County to the late James Dibrell and Notie Mae Jernigan Cruise. She was also preceded in death by her husband James R. Frazier; brothers Carl, Verbal, Cecil, Charles and Clayton Cruise; and a sister Jewel Goff. She is survived by her brother and sisters-in-law Edward, Frances and Edsel Frazier, along with four nieces and three nieces.Visitation was held on Dec. 26 at Hunter Funeral Home.
