Funeral services for Hazel Adcock, 92, of Smithville were held June 30 at the chapel of Love Cantrell Funeral Home. Bro. Mike Neal officiated with burial following at Keltonburg Cemetery.
Mrs. Adcock passed away June 28 at DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and affiliated with Keltonburg Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents H.C. “Doc” and Mary Callie Young Felts Sr.; husband Zeb Lee Adcock; infant son Johnnie Levine Adcock; five sisters Clara Billings, Ina Graham, Elizabeth Adcock, Augusta Carmen and Alice Pedigo; and three brothers Charlie Felts, Erbie Felts and H.C. Felts Jr.
Survivors include her four sons Jim and Koy Adcock of Readyville, Bill and Marilyn Adcock of Sparta, Jack Adcock, Joe and Chandra Adcock, all of Smithville; a daughter Donna and Bob Power of Brentwood; six grandsons Ty Adcock, Jesse Adcock, Rob Power, Andy Power, Jim Bowie Adcock and Clark Adcock; a granddaughter Shara Cate Adcock; a great-grandson Conrad Lee Power; and a sister-in-law Hazel Lee Felts.
Pallbearers included Ty, Jesse, Jim and Clark Adcock, Andy Power and Timmy Adcock.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
