Malsky A memorial service honoring, Helen Skurja Malsky, age 93 of Smithville, formerly of Bridgeport will be held Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Am Vets Post 101 in Smithville from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Helen passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017. She was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on December 21, 1923 to the late John and Mary (Kalabisko) Skurja and had been a long time area resident. She was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy in Rutland, Vermont and was a former model for Alexandria Studios and also worked for General Electric, Schick, Norden’s and retired from Harvey Hubbell.
