Graveside services for Josie Pauline Hobbs, 73, of the Pea Ridge Community in Liberty will be held Sept. 16 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Ararat Cemetery. Bro. Leonard Herman will be officiating.

She passed away September 5 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

She was a Baptist and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vander Anderson and Linnie Ferrell McMahan; daughter, Judy Womack; three brothers, Paul, J.W. and Frankie Anderson.

She is survived by her husband, John Hobbs of Liberty; two sons, Jerry and Marinna Herman, and Steven and Melissa Hobbs all of Liberty; one daughter, Vicky McMurdock of Manchester; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
