Hubert Page, 89, of Alexandria died Friday, morning October 28, 2016 at NHC of Smithville.

He was a DeKalb County native, union carpenter, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

The funeral was held Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria. Ronnie Smith officiated with burial following in Hillview Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Bessie Hale Page; a brother, Clint Page; daughter, Doretta Scott; and a grandson, Greg Page.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jean Page of Alexandria, daughters, Fay and husband, Jimmy Baker of Smithville and Donna Martin of Smithville, sons; Paul and wife Melinda Page of Shelbyville, Phillip Page of Smithville, and Michael and wife, Tina Page of Alexandria. Nine grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren survive.

Anderson Funeral Home, was in charge of the arrangements.
