Funeral services for Jack Cheatam Corley, 79, of Liberty, were held Jan. 9 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Bro. Michael Hale officiated with burial following in Salem Cemetery.    
Mr. Corley passed away Jan. 7 at NHC Healthcare Center in Smithville. He was farmer.   
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Alva Burton Corley and a niece, Wendy Willoughby.
Survivors include his sister, Sue (Billy) Willoughby of Alexandria; brothers, Roy Burton (Jackie) Corley of Springfield, Mo., Roger Corley of Smithville and Albert Corley of Liberty; nephews, Mark Willoughby of Alexandria and Mike Corley of Clarksburg, W. Va.; a niece, Pat Allen of Alexandria; and several cousins and friends.
Pallbearers included Danny Conger, Floyd Corley, Mark Willoughby, J.C. Driver, Nelson Sandlin and Dave Johnson.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
