Mr. Jamie Blake Smith age 33 of Smithville, TN, died Monday, February 06, 2017, at Saint Thomas DeKalb Hospital in Smithville, TN.

He was born February 10, 1983, in Smithville, TN, was a Bio-Med tech with Trimedx at St. Thomas Hospital.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents J. B. and Aletha Adcock.

Survivors include his parents Steven Russell Smith of McMinnville and Penny Kay McReynolds of Lewisburg, TN, children Jayden Smith, Jaymison Smith, and Jaxson Smith, brother Parker Smith of McMinnville and paternal grandparents Ray and Doris Smith of McMinnville. Many friends and other family also survives.

Funeral service were held Thursday, February 09, 2017, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.

Steve Hillis will officiated. Interment followed at Mt. View Cemetery.

McMinnville Funeral Home, McMinnville, TN was in charge of the arrangements.
