Jaxon Taylor Baumgard, age 5, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018.

He is survived by his parents Zach & Amber Baumgard and little sister Jordyn Baumgard. 

 A memorial service will be Saturday, October 13, 2018 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. 

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the local arrangements.
