Jeffrey Welch Miller of Forest, Va., 22, died of brain cancer on Oct. 8. Jeff was the son of Teresa and Tripp Wray of Forest,Va.,the late Tom Miller of Smithville, and Gail Miller of Dowelltown.Along with his parents, Jeff is survived by his brother, Douglas Dickerson of Forest Va.; his sister, Jessica Miller of Nashville; grandmother, Pauline Welch of Stuart Fla. ; grandfather Charles Miller, of Cookeville; Step-sister, January Agee of Liberty; step-brothers, Billy Zaderiko of Smithville and Jesse Zaderiko of Fla.; and many more cherished family and friends.Jeff was blessed with a poet’s creative mind and an athlete’s confident stride. Throughout his illness, as throughout his life, he touched us all with his strength, sensitivity, and wit.
