Shelton

Jeremy Silas Shelton age 27 of Smithville, passed away Sunday afternoon, December 4, 2016 at his residence.

He was born July 18, 1989 to his parents, Harvey Shelton and Ginger Standridge Price. 

He attended the Jesus Name Pentecostal Church in McMinnville and was employed at S & W Manufacturing.

He is survived by his parents, Ginger (Hobert) Price of Smithville and Harvey Shelton of Athens, TN; 2 daughters;  maternal grandparents, Clarence and Linda Standridge of Smithville; sister, Heather Shelton of Smithville; brother, Justin Price of Smithville; aunt, Amanda Hamilton of Smithville; uncle, Richard Standridge of Alexandria; several nieces, nephews, great-aunts, uncles, cousins and family also survive. 

Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel.

Bro. Robert Burns officiated with burial following in Minnear Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel, was in charge of the arrangements.
