Jerry Anthony "Tony" Bogle, age 63 of Smithville, passed away Sunday morning, March 3, 2019 at St. Thomas DeKalb Hospital. 

He was a painter and a Baptist.

 He was born April 8, 1955 to his parents the late Cleason and Birdie Lee Herman Bogle.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Johnny Farless and two sisters, Judy Stroud and Wanda Shoemake. 

Tony is survived by one daughter Keisha Farless (Charles Young) of Smithville; two grandchildren, Montana Farless and Fiancé, Ethan Lomas and Mckenzie Turner; one great-granddaughter, Emily Rose; two sisters, Jan Davenport of Liberty, Ann (Billy Joe) Cripps of Dowelltown; three Brothers, Ralph (Laurel) Bogle, Joe (Vicky) Bogle and Tommy Bogle all of Smithville; several nieces and nephews also survive. 

 Serving as pallbearers were Russell Stroud, Steven Anderson, Bobby Anderson, Cody Fish, Johnny Shoemake, and Eric Bogle.

 Funeral service was held Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Leonard Herman officiating and burial followed in DeKalb Cemetery. 

 DeKalb Funeral Chapel, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
