Mr. Jimmie Washer, age 79, of Smithville passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in Carthage at Kindred Nursing Home.

He was a farmer and a Baptist.

He was born to the late Wilbur and Mary Miller Washer on June 2, 1943 in McMinnville.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Robinson and a brother, Staley Washer. 

He leaves behind three brothers, Doyle (Marie) Washer, Billy (Sharron) Washer and Bobby Washer all of Smithville; six sisters, Carolyn Chapman of Spencer, Kathy Henry and Linda Evans both of Smithville, Ada (Jim) Qualls of Morrison, Claudine (Darrell) Pedigo and Betty Jo (Robert) Lawson all of Smithville; special aunt, Naomi Miller of Dowelltown and several nieces and nephews also survive. 

A graveside service was held Thursday, December 1, 2022 in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Bro. Frank Bratcher officiated.
