Malone Jimmy E. Malone went to be with the Lord early on the morning of Oct. 12. He was 84 years old. Funeral services were held Oct. 16 at Kellum Baptist Church, Rev. Jody Yopp officiated with burial following at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, NC. Jimmy was born in Alexandria on February 25, 1931, and joined the Marine Corps at the age of 19.
