Graveside services for Jimmy Wayne Chapman, 52, of Smithville were held Nov. 11 at Brush Creek Cemetery with Bro. Jack Patterson officiating.
Mr. Chapman passed away Nov. 9 at his residence. He was a construction worker and was affiliated with Malone’s Chapel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jimmy and Sue Chapman; grandparents Jim Grady and Lillie Mae Chapman and Gent and Velvo Cantrell.
Survivors include his wife Ann Chapman of McMinnville; companion Melissa Teachman of Smithville; four sons Timothy Chapman and Johnny and Des Chapman, both of McMinnville, Jerry and Pauline Chapman and Jeremiah Teachman, both of Smithville; a daughter Julie and Mike Van Dyne of McMinnville; a sister Lisa and Kevin Cox of Alexandria; a brother Richard Chapman of Alexandria; four grandchildren Anthony Murphy, Michelle and Sapharie Chapman, all of McMinnville, and Jonathon Chapman of Smithville; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers included Timothy, Jerry and Johnny Chapman, Mike Van Dyne, Jeremiah Teachman and Carl Cantrell.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
