Jo Ann Page, age 74, of Smithville passed away at her residence on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019. She was retired from Federal Mogul, the girls’ slow-pitch coach and field manager and member of the Smithville Church of Christ.
Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Page; her parents, HD and Tellie McCormack, and 2 brothers, Arlon McCormack and Garent McCormack; brothers-in-law Ewin Vanatta and W.J. (Ruthie) Page; sisters-in-laws Ruby, (TJ) Pinegar and Alene (Bob) Snyder.
Survivors include her son, Kelvin (Rea) Page of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Morgan (Jordan) Atnip and Bray (Sarah) Page all of Smithville; two great- grandchildren, Ryder Page and Kaden West of Smithville; three sisters, Johnnie Sue (LeRoy) Simerly of Quebeck, Carlene (Charlie) Butts of Quebeck, and Patsy Paquette of McMinnville; two brothers, William (Betty) McCormack of McMinnville, and Junior McCormack of McMinnville; special nephew, Timmy McCormack of Centertown; sisters-in-law, Helen (Charles) Cantrell and Barbie Vanatta. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
Funeral service was held Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019 in the chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Jordan Atnip, Dan Gulley and Alex Woodard officiated. Burial followed in in DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers were James Snyder, Glen, Jacob and Bray Page, T.J., Kelvin and Dalton Page.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home, Smithville, was in charge of the arrangements.
